About Kimry Jelen:  Kimry, born into an artistic family in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, had a successful career in fashion design working with some well known names in the sports industry including Nike, Royal Robbins and O’Neill. Currently an artist and horse trainer in Central Oregon, Kimry thrives on her surroundings and her subject matter is most often inspired by the inquisitive nature of animals, especially horses and usually with a contemporary twist. Kimry paints in both acrylic and oils and is considered an up and coming artist that has enjoyed successful exhibitions and sales in the Pacific Northwest.
